1. A Personal Statement

Please write a brief statement telling us why you want to join our learning community.  Write about how you will contribute to the development of our school, your skills using assessment for learning and your experience integrating technology to improve learning.

2. Employment History

Include a description of your qualifications and degrees, your teacher certification and your work experience.

3. Two Letters of Reference

Your letters should be from your immediate supervisors who are familiar with your work.  Please include letters from your most recent employment and work that is similar to the job for which you are applying.
