The disciplines of math and science will also be linked in a way that allows students to make connections.  They will incorporate both the standards of the individual science and math classes.  Because the math/science classes meet every day, students gain greater understanding of these integral core subjects.  The skills and content learned in middle school will serve as the foundation upon which the future years of math/science discovery will take place.
