The AIS-R Parent Association PDF Print E-mail

All parents (or legal guardians) of currently enrolled AIS-R students are automatically members of our Parents’ Association, which technically is the proprietor of the school. The Parents’ Association is an association of parents organized for the purpose of providing a school for their children of the highest standards established by the Saudi Arabian Government. The AIS-R Board of Trustees (i.e. the “governing body”) represents the Parents’ Association in the control and management of the school.

As such, the Board of Trustees makes a formal presentation to the Parents’ Association once a semester regarding AIS-R’s financial status and plans for the future by the Board Chairperson (or designate) and the Board Treasurer.  In addition, AIS-R administrators and teachers frequently make presentations about current school initiatives at these meetings, the dates and times of which are published and announced through AIS-R’s NewsFlash (available online to community members via Moodle, with an abridged hardcopy sent home weekly with students).

All current AIS-R parents are encouraged to attend Parents’ Association meetings to stay informed and provide the school’s leadership with feedback, a critical component of AIS-R’s ongoing school-improvement efforts.

For more information regarding the Parents’ Association, please contact Mr. Matthew Sipple, Director of Educational Advancement, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
