Seat Deposit Policy
Advance Deposit Required:
A non-refundable advance deposit must be made to secure a place for the student:
- Non-Saudi Nationals: SAR 14,674 (inclusive of 15% VAT)
- Saudi Nationals: SAR 12,760 (0% VAT, National ID required)
Terms & Conditions:
By paying the seat deposit/tuition, parents acknowledge and accept the following AIS-R Policies:
- The seat deposit payment deadline is April 9, 2026.
- The seat deposit is refundable until April 30, 2026, and non-refundable thereafter.
- Tuition for Semester 1 (due August 2) is refundable, minus seat deposit (and VAT) until August 19, 2026 (first day of classes), and non-refundable thereafter.
- No refunds, discounts, or partial payments will be arranged if the government mandates distance learning or hybrid programming.
- Unclaimed guaranteed seats will revert to the Wait Pool, and the student withdrawal process will begin on April 9, 2026.

Tuition Payment Method
Payment Methods & Guidelines
- Contractual Responsibility: Enrollment is a private contract between parents/guardians and AIS-R. Parents remain ultimately responsible for payment, regardless of employer arrangements.
- Currency: All fees are payable in Saudi Riyal (SAR) only.
- Preferred Method: Direct wire transfer to the school’s bank account.
- No Cards: AIS-R does not accept debit or credit card payments.
- Identification: Please quote the Student’s Full Name on all transfers to ensure payment can be traced.
- Bank Charges: All bank processing fees are the responsibility of the payor.

- Unique IBAN: Each family is assigned a unique IBAN number for faster identification.
- Where to find it: Your specific IBAN is located at the bottom of your invoice (the same number applies to all siblings).
- Accuracy: To ensure accurate allocation, please include the Invoice Number in the transfer reference field.
Tuition Refunds
Tuition Refund Policy
To be eligible for a tuition refund, all of the following criteria must be met:
| ✔ | Written Notice: The parent provided a written withdrawal notice to the school prior to the established deadline date. |
| ✔ | No Attendance: The student did not attend school at any time during the semester in question. |
| ✔ | Payment Verification: The tuition due for that semester (in part or in full) has already been paid. |
Note: If any of the conditions above are not met, the tuition for that semester is considered non-refundable according to AIS-R policy.
